Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at our online store. We care about our Customers’ satisfaction, so if for any reason you wish to return a purchased item, please read our return policy below.

1. Right to Withdraw from the Contract

You are responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from using them in a manner beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item. The returned goods must be in an intact condition, with original tags and seals, if such were attached. Breaking the seal may result in the refusal of the return if it indicates usage beyond the necessary examination of the item’s characteristics, nature, and functioning.

Please return the goods in undamaged condition and in the original packaging, if possible.

2. How to Make a Return

Step 1: Notification of Withdrawal from the Contract

Please send an email to: returns@overrevel.com

In your message, please include the following information:

  • Full Name
  • Email address used when placing the order
  • Order number
  • Date of receipt of the goods
  • Name and quantity of the product being returned
  • Statement of withdrawal from the contract

Step 2: Returning the Goods

After receiving confirmation from us, please send the product to the following address:  Overrevel, ul. Prezydenta Gabriela Narutowicza, nr 40, lok. 1, 90-135 Łódź. 

Please include a copy of the proof of purchase or the order number with your shipment.

3. Return Costs

The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the Customer.

We do not accept cash on delivery (COD) shipments.

4. Refund

The refund will be processed no later than 14 days from the date we receive your statement of withdrawal from the contract.

We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or you provide proof of their return, whichever occurs first.

The refund will be made using the same payment methods as the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

5. Responsibility for Diminished Value of Goods

You are responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Please return the goods in an undamaged condition and in the original packaging, if possible.

6. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right to withdraw from the contract does not apply in cases specified in Article 38 of the Consumer Rights Act, e.g., when the subject of the service is a product made according to the consumer’s specifications.
