The online store only delivers within Poland.

The store does not currently offer international shipping.

Orders are fulfilled as quickly as possible, usually within 1 to 7 business days from the time the order is placed, depending on product availability.

Delivery time depends on the chosen delivery method and the capabilities of the courier companies.

4. Delivery Methods

The store offers a variety of delivery methods, including courier shipping and parcel locker delivery.

5. Order Cancellation Before Shipment

The customer has the right to cancel the order before the package is dispatched. After shipment, cancellation is not possible, and the customer must return the goods within 14 days of receiving the package.

The store reserves the right to cancel the order at any time without providing a reason, especially in the case of pricing errors or product availability issues.

6. Returns Related to Shipping Costs

In the case of contract withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the goods, the customer bears the cost of returning the items.

The store does not cover the shipping costs associated with returning goods.
